You will receive this message if you do not change your password within 24 hours.
- Open the app.
- Click on "Can't log in?" on the login page.
- Select "I forgot my password" to repeat the process.
If this error message appears again, please check these two points:
- Check your smartphone's app store for possible updates. If there is a pending update for SchoolFox available, please download it.
- Try clearing your browser's cache. This can be done by going to the browser history. Your browser may not be able to establish a correct connection to the server. Clearing the cache may solve the problem.
