My password link has expired (Reset password)

You will receive this message if you do not change your password within 24 hours.

Necessary Steps:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Click on "Can't log in?" on the login page.
  3. Select "I forgot my password" to repeat the process.

 

If this error message appears again, please check these two points:

  1. Check your smartphone's app store for possible updates. If there is a pending update for SchoolFox available, please download it.
  2. Try clearing your browser's cache. This can be done by going to the browser history. Your browser may not be able to establish a correct connection to the server. Clearing the cache may solve the problem.
